Oregon Labor Law Poster Update
Covered employers within the State of Oregon are required by law to display the “Paid Leave Oregon” and “Know Your Rights” posters along with other state and federally mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. These updates will be included in our 2025 Oregon Labor Law Poster. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated posters could result in fines.
