The North Carolina Department of Labor (NCDOL) has released updated versions of two essential workplace posters: the “Wage & Hour Notice to Employees” and “OSH Notice to Employees.” The revisions published in June 2025 are non-mandatory but many HR professionals highly recommend replacing posters when they are updated.
