California Labor Law Posters Update

All businesses within the State of California must display the new “Workers’ Compensation”, “Whistleblower Protection”, and “Minimum Wage” posters along with other state-mandated posting requirements where they are sufficiently accessible and viewable to all employees. These changes will be reflected in our 2025 California Labor Law Poster. Failure to meet compliance requirements and display the updated posters could result in fines.
